Privacy Policy

Freedom Snips (“Freedom Snips,” “we,” “us”) is an independent tool that automates the submission of your existing TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram posts to Whop content reward campaigns. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Whop or any social platform.

Information we collect

• Account & contact. Your email address, used for passwordless magic-link sign-in and to send you service emails.
• Connected accounts. When you connect your Whop account, we store the authenticated browser session that lets us submit on your behalf, plus the public social handles (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram) you choose to track.
• Submission activity. Campaigns you target, posts we detect, run status and timestamps, and error messages — so you can see what happened.
• Billing. Your plan, credit balance, and usage. Payments are processed by Whop; we do not collect or store your card details.
• Technical. Basic logs (IP address, timestamps, errors) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To run the automation you ask for — detecting your posts and submitting them to the campaigns you choose.
• To authenticate you, maintain your account, and enforce plan credits and limits.
• To send you sign-in links and essential service notices.
• To monitor, debug, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run Freedom Snips. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Whop — payments/checkout and the campaigns you submit to.
• ScrapeCreators — reads public social profiles to detect your newly published posts.
• Resend — delivers sign-in and service emails.
• Google Cloud — hosts our backend and database.
• Vercel & Cloudflare — host and serve the web app and this site.

Data retention

We keep your account and submission data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we remove your personal data and connected-account sessions within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations. Operational backups are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.

Security

Your connected-account session runs in an isolated per-customer environment. Our database is private to the server and never exposed publicly, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your choices & rights

You can disconnect a social account or your Whop session at any time from the app, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor valid requests.

Children

Freedom Snips is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
