Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Freedom Snips. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

1. What Freedom Snips does

Freedom Snips automates the submission of your already-published TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram posts to Whop content reward campaigns. It handles the repetitive submission steps on your behalf inside your authenticated session. It does not create, edit, or publish content for you. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Whop or any social platform.

2. Eligibility & your accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You need your own Whop account and your own social accounts. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You authorize Freedom Snips to act within your connected Whop session solely to perform the submissions you request.

3. Acceptable use

• Submit only posts you own or are authorized to submit, and only to campaigns you’re eligible for.
• Follow the rules and terms of Whop and each social platform, and each campaign’s requirements.
• Don’t use the service to spam, mislead, infringe others’ rights, or break any law.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for your submissions and for compliance with third-party terms. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

4. Credits, plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through Whop. Credits are the unit of usage: 3 credits = 1 submission. Monthly plans and the Free tier reset each period; annual plans grant a single yearly bucket up front. A credit is consumed when a live run attempts a submission, even if the platform later rejects it. Test runs don’t cost credits.

Use the same email for your Whop checkout as the one you sign in to Freedom Snips with — credits are granted to the paying email, so a mismatch sends them to the wrong account.

Refunds. Because credits grant immediate access to usage, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right. You can cancel a subscription at any time through Whop; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. No guarantee of approval or earnings

Freedom Snips automates the submission process only. We do not guarantee that any submission will be accepted, approved, or paid. Eligibility, approval, and reward payouts are determined entirely by each campaign’s requirements and by Whop. We do not control and are not responsible for those decisions or payouts.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (including Whop and the social platforms). Their availability, rules, and changes are outside our control and may affect how Freedom Snips works. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detection and submission will always succeed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Snips will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, earnings, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. billing owed, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
